What's Next?
Later this year (tentatively late third quarter 2025), we’ll transition your accounts to our Citizens Community Bank systems to provide a seamless and enhanced banking experience. This change will allow us to offer new capabilities while maintaining the personalized service you trust, but it won’t happen automatically – there will be steps for you to take along the way. We’ll communicate those details well in advance so you have plenty of time to prepare.
